Shaw to WIN!
Thank you for visiting! This is the website for Jo Shaw, campaigning to be the next MP for her home constituency of Holborn and St Pancras.
Many local people have told us how fed up they are with Labour, both locally and nationally. Our area has had a Labour MP for over 30 years, and had a Labour council for nearly 40 years, until May 2006. Despite Labour's words, our area still has a massive gap between the rich and poor, a council housing crisis caused by decades of government failure, and our hospitals and NHS services are being forced to make cuts. This is not what local people voted for, and we deserve better. Jo offers a strong local voice for everyone in Holborn and St Pancras - to stand up to government and the powers that be, to demand respect for our community, and the services we know our area desperately needs.
We think we live in the most exciting area in London! I'm working from Covent Garden to Highgate to find out the things that matter to you, and to improve our area for our community.
Jo is keen to get to know the issues that matter to you, and to help with your problems where she can. You can contact Jo via this website. Please do!
Please have a look around the site. If there's anything you'd like to ask, or that you can't find on the site, please don't hesitate to contact me.
